EARLY CHILDHOOD VIDEO SERIES
This unique virtual music program is geared towards helping our families create a music rich home environment for their infant. The initial series of 10 videos includes 4 tutorial videos where our music instructor walks parents through the key steps to start their infant on their musical journey while the remaining 6 are mini classes parents and caregivers can take over and over again with their infant. Included in the tutorials are key steps to helping you and your child enjoy classic lullabies and new songs even before your baby has a hearing device.

MUSIC TO MY EARS (MTME) SCHOLARSHIP
Research has shown the benefits of children being exposed to music in early childhood. These benefits are increased for a child with hearing loss. From language acquisition to sentence structure, inflection and tone, exposure to music provides indelible positive benefits.
The Music To My Ears Scholarship Program allows all children, regardless of financial need, to attend weekly music enrichment classes and experience the joy of music with their caregivers and hearing peers.
The scholarship will provide one year of tuition-free music classes to (up to 8 years of age) who are deaf/hard of hearing and living in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs
A $900 donation will sponsor a year of classes for one deaf/hard of hearing child. This amount will allow children who might not otherwise be able to afford music enrichment classes to attend weekly music classes and experience the joy of music with their hearing peers.
