FHSR Launches Blog to Support Children with Hearing Loss!

Welcome!

Welcome to the Foundation for Hearing & Speech Rehabilitation (FHSR) Blog!  We are so excited to launch our new blog. For many years we wanted to create a resource that can provide information and a sense of community for children with hearing loss and their families, and now the blog is finally here!

Blog Goal

We aim to provide support and information for children with hearing loss of all ages and their families. Our blog posts will cover topics such as travel tips, common special education questions, new technological developments, interviews with hearing loss professionals such as audiologists, and much more. We will also keep you up to date on FHSR happenings and fun events like Cheers for Ears!

Who is FHSR?

FHSR has supported individuals living with hearing loss for the past 60 years. We look forward to expanding this support through our blog, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook page. As a grassroots non-profit, we strive to fund educational, social, and cultural programs that support children with hearing loss and their families.

Blog Details

New blog posts will go up on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month at 2:00 PM CST starting the third week of August.  While our readers will not be able to respond directly on the blog, we encourage our readers to join us on the FHSR Facebook page to continue the conversation and build our community.

MarCom Awards is an international creative competition that recognizes outstanding achievement by marketing and communication professionals. MarCom Awards is administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals. Judges are industry professionals who look for companies and individuals whose talents exceed a high standard of excellence and whose work serves as a benchmark for the industry. There were over 6,000 entries from 41 countries in the MarCom Awards 2021 competition.
